By now you may have seen the pictures of Billy Ray Cyrus' daughter, Noah, in her Halloween "hooker" outfit. By the way she's only 9 years old! Can you believe this? What's the deal with this guy anyway? First he let's his daughter Miley pose half naked for pics on a magazine cover. Now his 9 year old is walking around barely dressed in this outfit? What do you think? If girls are dressing like this at age 9, what is next? I think it's bad enough they have those ridiculous "beauty pageants" for small girls that are barely out of pre-school. What are we teaching them - that the only value a female has is her body? Gee, great stuff. It's one thing for the media to push this stuff, but when the dad is actually approving it, there has to be a line drawn. By the way, what qualifies as child porn? I don't think this is it, but I'm pretty sure the peds' are loving this picture. Dad-of-the-year for Billy Ray? Probably not!
